Ninety percent of their bookings came through travel sites at fifteen percent commission. The property is small and quiet on purpose, but the site looked like every chain hotel template.
What we built
Slow, photo-led room pages with a direct-booking engine that beats the travel-site rate on every page. We added spa scheduling and digital gift cards. The whole site reads the way the property feels.
