Third year, third site. Every January a volunteer rebuilt everything from scratch, and the day-of schedule lived in a PDF nobody could read on their phone.
What we built
A CMS-driven lineup generates artist pages, stage schedules, and the mobile day-of map from a single table. Ticketing is embedded, and next year's site is one button away — clone, clear, refill.
